MS Excel ek electronic spreadsheet hai. Jise Microsoft kampani ne banaya hai. Eska use data arrange karne or row - columns ke hisab se calculation karne ke liye kiya jaat hai. Esme aap updates sheet, sellry, marksheet or kai prkaf ke kaam ko karne ke liye eska use kiya jata hai.

MS Excel ki data file ko workbook kaha jata hai jisme pahle se hi three sheet mojud rahti hai. Aap es sheet ko delect ya dusri sheet conect kar sakte hai. Ms Execl 2010 me 1,048,576 Row aur 16,384 Column add hote. Jo purane Ms Excel 2003 ki tulna me bhut jyada hai.

MS Excel Layout Aur Opctions


Ab ham Ms Excel Layout ke baare me janegez esme kon konse options hote hai or en opction ka kya use hota hai or en opction ka use kaha par hota hai. Jab ham Ms Excel Layout ke baare. Yaha par aapko ms excel 2007 ka screenshot dikhaya hai. Me aapko eske aadhar par batauga.

Title bar - 

MS Excel ka sabse uperi bhag yaani top center bar, Title bar hai. Yaha par jis file ko aapne khola hai uska name dikhai dega ya koi new file hai to book ka name dikhai dega. Jab es file ko save karoge to aap apne anushar usko name de sakte hai. Dubare Ms excel Open karne par vahi file aapko yaha par dikhai degi.

File Button –

 yah Excel sheet ke sabse uper right or hota hai. Yah bahut saare buttons ko apne pas rakhta hai. Jaise -  New, Open, Save, Save As, Print and Close more..

Quick Access Toolbar – 

Yah tittle bar ke Right or aapko dikhai dega. Es toolbar ka use ham jyada upyyog me hone vaale tool ko vaha par laane ke liye karte hai. Jab ham excel par koi kaam karte hai or hame bahut saare tool ki jarurt padti hai lekin jis tool ki hame sabse jyada or baar baar jarurt padti hai use ham menu bar me jakar Quick Access toolbar me add kar lete hai. Yaha se ham sidhe ek click par us tool ko acess kar sakte hai.

Menu Bar –

Yah tittle bar ke niche dikhai dega. Yaha par excel me use hone vaale add tool apko dikhai dege. Har tool apne operations ke liye use kiya jata hai. Har Menu ke andhr alag alag Ribbon hote hai jinse excel sheet manage hoti hai.

Ribbon – 

Yah Menu Bar ke Niche dikhai dega. Har Menu button par click karne par alag alag Ribbon open ho jate hai. Ribbon ke ander hi bahut sare tools hote hai jinka use Excel sheet mw kar sakte hai.

Formula Bar – 

Yah Ribbon ke Niche dikhai deta hai. Excel sheet me lagaya gaya formula yaha par ham dekh sakte hai. Or yahi us formula me kuch bhi change kar sakte hai

Name Box –  

Ek chhota sa boc hai Jo Formula Bar ke Right or dikhai deta hai. Name box hota hai. Jis sel par ham click karte hai. Us sel ka number es box me dikhai deta hai.

Content Area-  

Yahi par hamara all data hota hai. Yaha par sel hote hai Jo Row or Column ke rup me dikhai dete hai. Row or column ko dhyan me rakhkar ham data add karte hai or delct karte hai.

Status Bar –

 Yah Content Area ke thik niche dikhai dega. Jaha par Page Layout, Page Break Preview,  Page Zoom In, Zoom out ke opction milte hai.

Sheet Bar – 

Yah Status Bar ke uper right or dikhai dega yaha par ham ek excel sheet ke andhr dusri work sheet add kar sakte hai. New work sheet add karne ke liye shortcut yah hai - Shift + f11
